وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاءُ عَلَى أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ

And We caused to burst the earth (with) springs, so met the water(s) for a matter already predestined.
